WHAT WE DO
It all begins with the right connections. And with our proprietary Canadian pharmacy contact database, you will see why Health Canada's Office for Controlled Substances has chosen us to manage their physicians circular letters. Not just for our connections, but our abilities to deliver the message.

WE KNOW PHARMACIES
Marketing 101 teaches you to know your audience. And targeting Canadian pharmacies is all we do.
We even perform our own market research of pharmacies to uncover messaging nuances that others simply won't know.
And we don't stop there, aligning with strong partners such as the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC)
provides access to the best pharmacy demographic data available. Here are factoids that might impact you.
80% of Canada’s 32,000 pharmacists are either owners, managers or senior staff in retail pharmacies.
In other words: decision makers
Nearly a third of pharmacists said the biggest change in the last 10 years is the expanded scope of their role including prescribe/adopt prescription.

PULLING INFORMATION IN
Less than 1% of Canadian pharmacists spend under an hour a week pulling prescription drug information from the web.
In other words: you can help by pushing information to them

Owner & go-to guy
I have had a foot in many industries and roles. Yeah, even stepped in some stinky stuff but I liked exploring. In the end, I always had a passion for sales and marketing. That’s what gets me up in the morning. I live by one word: service. For most it’s a punch line, for me, a credo of what we are. I’m a big supporter of Kiva.org and love spending time with my wife and helping out (ok, most of my spare time) with her organisation letscare.ca about dog rescue.
Designer & project coordinator
Always enjoyed artistic design so made a radical career change 15 years ago to join this new “online” world. And never looked back. What I like best about my job now is all these hats I wear and projects I get involved with. And they let me talk to customers too. If I wasn't in design, I'd be racing cars or riding motorcycles. When I’m not holding on to dear life, I play, referee and coach football and design/print T-shirts.
Most of my career was spent in management for large organisations until I jumped into a small high tech start-up and loved it. I just loved the close nit nature and the “we’re all in it together” atmosphere, like we have here at PPS®. I had a chance to explore and try out so many roles but always felt more comfortable with interacting with customers. My off work life is practically all about saving dogs and running my organisation letscare.ca.
Database prime & accounting
I’ve always had a knack for being highly organised and to bring order to chaos. I guess that’s why I love databases so much. Years as a Deputy Land Registrar and office manager prepared me to keep PPS® in ship shape condition. Living in the country with my two daughters keeps me grounded, and well, sane too.
